Function Description
When the vehicle is powered internally, the product the three-phase 400V/50Hz AC voltage into a DC24V output isolated from the input.
When the inventory power supply is supplied,product the single-phase 230V/50Hz AC voltage in the inventory into a DC24V output isolated from the input.
Output DC24V to power the battery and DC load(output voltage varies with battery temperature).

Control and Monitoring
The product control board and external controller complete data exchange through I/O signals and Ethernet communication. The control board drives the opening/closing of each switch tube based on the control command transmitted by the external controller, and records the status information of the produ, which is then transmitted to the external controller through communication for easy access to the status of the product.

With a cooling fan for forced air cooling and heat dissipation.
Structural Design
The product adopts a lift installation at the bottom of vehicle, and the main material of the box is carbon steel.
The interior adopts a modular design, and all power modules are installed inside the box using a sliding bar structure, the weight of each single module is lightweight and easy to maintain on site.
Diagnosis and Maintenance
The product is equipped with RS232 maintenance interface and PTU maintenance software. By connecting to the PTU through a computer, the operation data and status of the single-phase inverter can be monitored in real-time.
At the same time, the PTU has specific fault diagnosis and fault recording functions. You can view the current fault status through PTU and download fault data to analyze and solve the problem.
