Control and Monitoring
The product, control board and external controller through I/O signals, RS485 communication exchange data. The control board drives the turn-on/turn-off of each switch according to the control command transmitted by the external controller. At the same time, the status information of the battery charger is recorded and transmitted to the external controller through communication to obtain the status of the product.

Structural Design
The product is hoisted under the vehicle,and the main material of the box is carbon steel. And the weight of product is lightweight and easy to maintain on site.
Diagnosis and Maintenance
The product has Ethernet mainten ance interface and PTU maintenance software.
By connecting to the PTU through a computer,the operation data and status of the battery charger can be monitored in real-time.
At the same time, the PTU has fault diagnosis and fault recording functions. The present fault status can be monitored through PTU, and download fault data to analyze and solve the fault.
