Control and Monitoring
The control board of the product communicates with an external controller through I/O signals and CAN communication for data exchange.The control board receives control commands from the external controller to drive the module's switch transistor on or off.
At the same time, it records the module's status information and communicates it to the external controller for easy access to the status of the product .
Cooling Method
The product utilizes forced air cooling for heat dissipation, with external cooling airflow provided.(Note: The charging station module can also employ liquid cooling for heat dissipation.)
Structural Design
The product can be installed either with a flat configuration or suspended.
Magnet components are integrated within the module, and heat dissipation through adhesive conduction.
The individual module is compact in size and lightweight, facilitating on-site maintenance.
Diagnosis and Maintenance
The product are equipped with CAN maintenance interface and PTU maintenance software. By connecting to the PTU through a computer, the operation data and status of the auxiliary converter can be monitored in real-time.
Furthermore, the PTU offers specific fault diagnosis and fault recording functions. It allows users to check the current fault status and download fault data for analysis and solve the problem.
Application Description
The product are deployed in bulk on the Traction converters for light rail vehicles in Malaysia.
