The product converts the DC1500V DC voltage into a DC650V output isolated from the input to supply power to the back-end load equipment.

Control and Monitoring
The product control board and external controller complete data exchange through I/O signals and CAN communication. The control board drives the opening/closing of the module switch tube based on the control command transmitted by the external controller, records the module status information, and transmits it to the external controller through communication,facilitating the acquisition of the product status.
Cooling Method
The productuses forced air cooling for heat dissipation and external cooling air is provided.
(Note: DC/DC module can also use liquid cooling heat dissipation)
Structural Design
The productis installed flat or hoisted,and magnetic devices are integrated inside the module, conducting heat dissipation through glue filling.
A single module is small in size and lightweight for on-site maintenance.
Diagnosis and Maintenance
The product is equipped with a CAN maintenance interface and PTU maintenance software. By connecting to the PTU through a computer, the operation data and status of the DC/DC module can be monitored in real-time.
At the same time, the PTU has specific fault diagnosis and fault recording functions. You can view the current fault status through PTU and download fault data to analyze and solve the problem.
Application Description
The product is used in batch loading of intercity EMU converters and subway vehicle converters in China.
