Control and Monitoring
The control box of product exchanges data with external controller through I/O signal and CAN communication. The control box controls the start and stop of each module in the product according to the control command transmitted by the external controller, receives the status signal of each module and component, and summarizes the status signal of each module and component and sends it to the display screen in the driver 's cab for the convenience of the operator to obtain the status of the product.
Cooling Method
The product adopts liquid cooling for heat dissipation, the coolant is supplied externally.
Note: The product can also use forced air cooling.
Structural Design
The product can be flat mounted or hoisted. The whole module is installed inside the cabinet with a slider structure, which is convenient for on-site maintenance.
Diagnosis and Maintenance
The product has a Ethernet maintenance interface and PTU maintenance software. By connecting to the PTU through a computer, the operation data and status of the DC/DC converter can be monitored in real-time. At the same time, the PTU has specific fault diagnosis and fault recording functions. You can view the current fault status through PTU and download fault data to analyze and solve the problem.
